Four vehicles alongside Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) were spotted in the home of the All Progressive Congress Chairman’s residence at about 8:00pm with a court warrant but were refused access. This visit was made to his resident following his resignation which took place at about 3:00pm same day with a letter to the Presidential Villa.

Senator Abdullahi Adamu who was earlier not in support of the current president Bola Ahmed Tinubu, had sent in his resignation letter to the presidential Villa at about 3:00pm on Sunday 16th July, 2023 for reasons yet to be confirmed as he insisted to wait until the president  is available as the letter was addressed to the office of the President. The letter was said to have been delivered to the Chief of Staff as President Tinubu is away in Kenya for the AU meeting.

Though the EFCC were spotted at the Chairman’s resident but, they couldn’t gain entrance into his home as they were met with the resistance of police orderlies that were attached to the politician. Despite the search warrant presented, the police orderlies had the backing of the environment rules of not to allow such visits after 6 pm.

However, some say this is a plot against the chairman, while some other says he never supported current president and he is being punished now for it, we cannot dispute all facts but until the entire truth is revealed, which would point us to the truth of this mystery.
