House of Phreedah: Real reasons are beginning to spring out about the devilish decision of top Lagos big girl and socialite Farida Abdulkabir who took the very bold step of jumping into the Lagos Lagoon on Thursday the 17th of August.
This news came as a big surprise to many, most especially Lagos society ladies who wondered aloud why the founder and CEO of House of Phreedah would want to kill herself.
However, facts available to Top Society News affirmed that the busty businesswoman decided to take her own life because her newly wedded husband, Demola Okulaja, jilted her and bolted away with another woman. This is in addition to the fact that she discovered that her runaway husband is a wanted fraudster.
It was also gathered by our correspondent that Phreedah’s two month old crashed marriage was reportedly worth a whopping N100 million.
Many factors may have been attached to her devious decision aside those listed above and one of them is the fact that she cannot cope with the social image blemishing that is trailing the crashed marriage. It was gathered that her circle of fellow big girls and society ladies have allegedly been mocking her ever since the marriage hit the rock.

Phreedah was rescued by passersby and first responders on the Third Mainland Bridge who held on to her as she struggled to free herself from the hold to jump into the lagoon in apparent attempt to commit suicide.
The rescuers were seen pacifying her to desist from the act, assuring her there was no need to take her life, that all would be well with her, before she was whisked away into her vehicle and taken to an undisclosed destination. The fair complexioned, sultry international businesswoman and socialite, owns a sprawling beauty lounge and spa in Lagos.
Farida who could not endure depression as a result of her cashed marriage, decided to end her life as she alighted from her black coloured Sport Utility Vehicle, SUV, on the Third Mainland Bridge to plunge into the lagoon.
Top Society News gathered that her husband, Okulaja walked out of the matrimonial home. Subsequently, Farida and her estranged hubby engaged in altercations, revealing shocking family secrets on social media, attacking themselves, calling themselves ridiculous, unprintable names.
Several efforts by family members and close allies to reconcile the two couple failed leading to Farida attempting suicide to end it all.
