The family of Blessing Karami, a 26-year-old university student who went missing on September 11, has confirmed her untimely demise. Blessing was a student at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) and had mysteriously disappeared after leaving her workplace in Garki, Abuja.
Blessing’s family had grown concerned when she left her place of work unusually early, taking with her the office key, prompting an extensive search effort led by her elder brother, Genesis Moses Karami, who had relocated from Kaduna to Abuja in an attempt to locate her.
Tragically, this search ended in heartbreak as Blessing’s decomposing body was discovered in a remote area of the Karmo district within the Federal Capital Territory. The circumstances surrounding her death remain unclear, and the family is grappling with the devastating loss of their beloved daughter and sister.
