Immaculate Okochu’s Death: Barr Dotun Hassan Fight For Justice, Demands Immediate Shut Down Of Domino Pizza Nationwide

In what can be termed as total neglect in death, uncaring attitude and gross injustice perpetrated by Domino Pizza and the “killer truck driver”, Domino Pizza as company since the death of their branch manager till date continued daily  business as usual  without showing moral and corporate concern of any kind via opening condolence register at all branches of their outlets, nor display of her picture on all their social media handles till date, more so the company lacks  remorseful ingenuity and wide heart condolence to the deceased immediate family and entire Nigerians over the death of Late Immaculate Okochu who got crushed in a ghastly motor accident by a moving truck while on motorbike in a bid to avoid tensed up traffic jam, but  died on spot on 12th August, 2020 on her way to accede to a duty call (vicarious liability) and resume to work being the branch manager on that black Wednesday, which coincide with the International Youth Day.

Aare Barr. Oladotun Hassan, a leading human right advocate and social justice crusader have risen to the occasion by joining Mr. Loveday, husband of the Decease Lady at the protest match at Badore Domino Pizza outlet, Ajah, Lekki, Lagos on 14th August, 2020.

According Him, while calling for the immediate total shut down of all Domino Pizza Outlets nationwide as a mark of honour to the dead, he assured the protesters and the Deceased family of offering them free legal service (Pro Bono) until justice is achieved for Late Miss Immaculate Okochu; a bright lady with a great future whose life was cut short by the careless driver, unfortunately the Deceased wedding is just few days ahead.

Mr. Loveday expressed his grieve at the protest match,  said “I remained profusely disturbed that my wife is gone, having bought her burial  casket and paid for her mortuary bill, painfully, this was not my plan for my darling heartthrob Immaculate Okochu”.

Barr. Hassan however, promised to write the National Human Right Commission for immediate intervention, while a petition to the Inspector General of Police for full investigation of the remote and probable cause of her death and until justice is manifestedly gotten.
