Youth Day: Barr. Oladotun Hassan Charge Youth On Integrity, Discipline and Hard work

Aare Barr. Oladotun Hassan felicitates with all Nigerian youths on the occasion of the International Youth Day.

Barr Hassan is a leading youth voice, social justice crusader and human rights advocate, currently serving as President, Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide (YCYW), Secretary General, Nigerian Ethnic Nationality Youth Leaders Forum(NENYLF), Chairman, Eti-Osa Bar Forum(Lawyers in Ibeju Lekki and Eti-Osa) and People’s Democratic Party(PDP) aspiring to the vacant Senate seat of the Lagos East Senatorial District at the forthcoming 31st October , 2020 Bye- election.

He admonished Nigerian youths to take the aggressive lead and mantle of leadership towards salvaging our common patrimony: Nigeria from imminent political collapse, while advocating for 40% youth inclusion in governance at all levels of government because the “Time is Now”.

He further implored the youths to remain steadfast and committed to their visions and goals with dedicated discipline, integrity, intelligence and hard work.

He has received supports and prayers of His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja 11, The Ooni of Ife, who implored Aare Dotun Hassan to show the way for other youths to follow, He has equally met with community youth leaders, elders and women, as well great leaders of the party.

Hassan whose superlative noble vision for the good people of Lagos East is predicated on #Possibility2020 under the cardinal thrust banner of #Youth4Youth.

While calling on more Nigerian youths to join the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP); as a party of hope and assured development of Nigeria beyond its present pariah state.

As part of his 25 proposed bills if elected within 100days in office are: The Establishment Bill on National Youth Development Commission, A Bill for An Act on National Youth Rights Bill, others are National Education Rights Bill(Compulsory 25% Allocation to the Education sector), National Restructuring Affairs Commission Bill to mention a few.

Globally every 12th August marks the International Youth Day, this year’s theme of International Youth Day 2020, “Youth Engagement for Global Action” which seeks to highlight the ways in which the engagement of young people at the local, national and global levels is enriching national and multilateral institutions and processes, as well as draw lessons on how their representation and engagement in formal institutional politics can be significantly enhanced.
